Microphone Unit in Front Roof Module (R164)

The Microphone Unit in Front Roof Module, located in the front interior lamp (W1) , can be replaced only as a complete unit.

- Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

Removing

- Remove the front interior lamp.

- Unclip the connector - 2 - from the retainer in the front interior lamp - 1 -.






- Unlock and disconnect the connector - 2 - in the front interior lamp - 1 -.

- Pry out each microphone - 3, 4 and 5 -.

Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.
