Removing






- Remove the rear engine cover. Refer to => [ Engine Covers ] Service and Repair.

- Disconnect the connector - 3 -.

- Remove the bolts - 5 and 6 -.

- Remove the by bypass connection - 1 - with the adapter (intermediate flange) - 2 - and control valve control unit - 4 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

• Tightening specification; refer to => [ - Tightening Specification and Sequence ] Intake Manifold Lower Section, Fuel Rail and Fuel Injector Overview.

• Replace the O-rings.

- After replacing, perform the control valve control unit Adaptation in Guided Functions using the vehicle diagnostic tester.
