Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement




Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (2.0L LHU)

Removal Procedure

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (2.4L LEA) Cooling System Draining and FillingCooling System Draining and Filling (2.0L LHU) Cooling System Draining and Filling.

2. Remove the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement Battery Tray Replacement.




3. Loosen the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) from the radiator.

4. Remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the radiator.

5. Loosen the radiator outlet hose clamp (3) from the oil cooler.

6. Remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the oil cooler.

7. Loosen the radiator outlet hose clamp (4) from the water inlet.

8. Remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the water inlet.

9. Remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the vehicle.

2. Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the radiator and install the radiator outlet hose clamp (1).

3. Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the oil cooler and install the radiator outlet hose clamp (3).

4. Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the water inlet and install the radiator outlet hose clamp (4).

5. Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement Battery Tray Replacement.

6. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (2.4L LEA) Cooling System Draining and FillingCooling System Draining and Filling (2.0L LHU) Cooling System Draining and Filling.
