Instrument Cluster Replacement

Removal Procedure

Caution: Refer to SIR Caution.




1. Remove the IP upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement (Service and Repair) .
2. Remove the instrument cluster trim panel. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement (Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement) .
3. Remove the 4 fasteners (1) retaining the IP cluster to the IP.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors (2) on each side of the IP cluster.
5. Remove the IP cluster (3) from the IP.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the IP cluster (3) to the IP.
2. Connect the electrical connectors (2).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the 4 fasteners (1).

Tighten the cluster fasteners to 1.5 N.m (14 lb in).

4. Install the IP cluster trim panel. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement (Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement) .
5. Install the IP upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement (Service and Repair) .
