Backup Lamp Bulb Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the rear compartment.
2. Remove the back up lamp assembly. Refer to Backup Lamp Replacement (Service and Repair) .




3. Remove the back up lamp socket from the back up lamp by depressing the locking tab (1) and rotating the socket counterclockwise (2).




4. Remove the bulb (1) from the socket (2).



Installation Procedure





1. Install the bulb (1) to the socket (2).
2. Inspect the bulb for proper operation.




3. Install the backup lamp socket (2) to the back up lamp.
4. Rotate the socket clockwise until the locking tab (1) is fully seated.
5. Install the back up lamp assembly. Refer to Backup Lamp Replacement (Service and Repair) .
