Windshield Side Reveal Molding Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Starting at the bottom of the reveal molding, pull the weatherstrip (1) off of the windshield pillar flange.
2. Pull back the rubber extension under the fender.
3. Remove the screws (2) from the reveal molding (3).
4. Remove the reveal molding.

Installation Procedure




1. Insert the reveal molding (3) to the pillar.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the screws (2) to the reveal molding (3).

Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (18 lb in).

3. Tuck the rubber extension under the fender.
4. Install the weatherstrip (1) to the windshield pillar flange.
