Defroster Grille Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the windshield pillar garnish moldings. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Insert a small flat-bladed tool into one end of the trim panel.
3. Pry up in order to release the retaining clips.
4. Disconnect the sunload sensor (3) electrical connector.
5. Remove the trim panel.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the sunload sensor (3) electrical connector.
2. Locate the front tabs (1) of the trim panel to the instrument panel.
3. Push the trim panel in to the instrument panel in order to secure the retaining clips.
4. Install the windshield pillar garnish moldings. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement (Service and Repair).
