Transmission Control Lever Knob Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the cover (3) from knob (1) and allow the cover to slide down the transmission control (2).
2. Loosen T15 TORX(R) head fastener.
3. Remove knob from the floor shift control.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the knob onto the shift floor shift control.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Tighten the T15 TORX(R) head fastener securing the knob to the control lever to 5 Nm (4 lb ft).
3. Slide the cover (3) up and attach to the shift control knob (1).
