Water Pump Installation

WATER PUMP INSTALLATION

^ Tools Required
- J36660 Torque Angle Meter

1. Install the water pump gasket.





2. Install the water pump.

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the water pump bolts.
^ Tighten the water pump bolts to 15 Nm (111 ft. lbs.). Use J36660 to tighten the bolt an additional 80 degrees.





4. Install the water pump pulley.
5. Install the water pump pulley bolts.
^ Tighten the water pump pulley bolts to 13 Nm (1116 inch lbs.).
