Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the covers from the front end of the seat adjuster track by spreading the two rear feet and pulling forward.




2. For the manual seat, remove the retaining screw from the rear of the seat adjuster track. Remove the covers from the track.




3. For the power seat, use a flat-bladed tool to lift the retainer tab from the rear of the seat adjuster track. Remove the covers from the track.

Installation Procedure




1. For the power seat, install the covers to the rear of the seat adjuster track.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. For the manual seat, position the covers to the rear of the seat adjuster track. Insert a screw to secure each track cover.

Tighten the screw to 2 Nm (18 lb in).




3. Install the covers to the front of the seat adjuster track.
