If tolerances exceed 0.0508 mm (0.002 in.) replace the cylinder head.

Step 1 34 Nm (25 Ft. Lbs.)
Step 2 54 Nm (40 Ft. Lbs.)
Step 3 Turn 90�
M-8 Bolts
Step 1 20 Nm (15 Ft. Lbs.)
Step 2 34 Nm (25 Ft. Lbs.)

Intake Manifold-Bolts 12 Nm 105 (In. Lbs.)
Install intake manifold retaining bolts, and tighten in sequence from the middle bolts towards the outside in a crisscross pattern.









Exhaust Manifold to Cylinder Head 25 Nm (220 In. Lbs.)

Camshaft Sprocket-Bolt 122 Nm (90 Ft. Lbs.)
