Instrument Panel Demister Duct - Installation






INSTALLATION

NOTE: LHD Chrysler model shown in illustrations. Dodge and RHD models similar.

DRIVER SIDE





1. Position the driver side demister duct (2) to the instrument panel top cover (3) and connect it to the defroster duct (4). Make sure the ducts are fully engaged to each other.
2. Install the two screws (1) that secure the driver side demister duct (2) to the instrument panel top cover (3). Tighten the screws to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.).
3. Install the instrument panel top pad Instrument Panel Pad - Installation.
4. Install the outer instrument panel ducts Instrument Panel Duct - Installation.
5. Install the left and right instrument panel air outlets Air Outlet - Installation.
6. Install the instrument panel Instrument Panel - Installation.

PASSENGER SIDE





1. Position the passenger side demister duct (1) to the instrument panel top cover (2) and connect it to the defroster duct (3). Make sure the ducts are fully engaged to each other.
2. Install the three screws (4) that secure the passenger side demister duct (2) to the instrument panel top cover (3). Tighten the screws to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.).
3. Install the instrument panel top pad Instrument Panel Pad - Installation.
4. Install the outer instrument panel ducts Instrument Panel Duct - Installation.
5. Install the left and right instrument panel air outlets Air Outlet - Installation.
6. Install the instrument panel Instrument Panel - Installation.
