Single Pane Sunroof Drain Tube - Installation

INSTALLATION

FRONT DRAIN HOSES





NOTE: String (or equivalent) was to be attached during removal procedure.

1. Attach string (or equivalent) to drain hose. Guide the drain tube through dash / cowl area.
2. Position the lower portion through the grommet in the body, seat grommet the fully.
3. Un-tie string and dispose of properly.
4. Position the hose into the support clips, seat the clips fully.
5. Connect the new drain hose to the sunroof housing (1) and test drainage.
6. Install headliner,Headliner - Installation.
7. Install cowl trim, Cowl Trim Panel - Installation
8. Install A-pillar trim,A-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation
9. Install glovebox, when right side drain tube is being installed.Instrument Panel - Installation

REAR DRAIN HOSE

1. Position the lower portion through the grommet in the body.
2. Position the hose into the support clips, seat the clips fully.
3. Connect the drain hose to the sunroof housing (2) and test drainage.
4. Install wheelhouse insulation into proper position.
5. Install headliner,Headliner - Installation Install quarter trim, Quarter Trim Panel - Installation
6. Install C-pillar trim,C-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation
