Fuel System Pressurizing Procedure

1. Using the appropriate tester (DRB II) or equivalent scan tool, place ignition switch in "RUN" position and select Actuate Output Test, "Auto Shutdown (ASD) Relay", to activate fuel pump and pressurize system.
NOTE: The ASD relay and the fuel pump relay will remain energized for 7 minutes during this test unless the test is stopped or the ignition switch is turned to the OFF position.
2. Check for leaks.
