Vibration Damper - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Disconnect negative cable from battery (1).
2. Remove accessory drive belt Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Removal.
3. Drain cooling system Service and Repair.
4. Remove radiator upper hose.
5. Remove fan shroud Cooling Fan - Removal.





6. Remove vibration damper bolt.
7. Insert Crankshaft Insert 8513A (2) in the end of the crankshaft.
8. Remove damper with puller 1023 (1).
