REMOVAL





1. Open deck lid.
2. Remove four bolts to battery compartment cover and remove cover.
3. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.

WARNING: Wait two minutes for the system reserve capacitor to discharge before servicing any airbag components. Failure to do this may result in serious or fatal injury.

4. Move seat as needed to access seat (1) attaching front bolts and rear nuts.




5. Disconnect the one main seat electrical connector (2) located at the rear underside of seat cushion.
6. Remove seat from vehicle.
