Headliner - Installation

INSTALLATION






NOTE: In the event the headliner is damaged or creased during removal, it will need to be replaced with a new headliner.

NOTE: Sunroof equipped headliner shown, non sunroof headliner similar except where noted.

1. Load the headliner (1) forward through the liftgate area.
2. Use a suitable prop to support the headliner (1).
3. Align and position the headliner to the A-pillar upper channel.





4. Non-sunroof equipped models, install the front push pin fasteners from the headliner (2).
5. Install the rear push pin fasteners (1) from the headliner (2).





6. Install the coat hook (1).





7. Position the visor support (3) and install the fastener (2). Tighten the fastener securely.
8. Install the C-pillar trim, C-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation.
9. Install the B-pillar trim, B-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation.





10. Slide the visor up and outwards to install. Repeat for opposite side.
11. Install the screw (1) through the visor base. Tighten the screw securely. Repeat for opposite side.
12. Clip the visor (2) from the support. Repeat for opposite side.
13. Install the overhead console, Overhead Console - Installation.





14. Position the grab handle (1).
15. Install the fasteners (2) securing the grab handle (1). Tighten the fasteners securely. Repeat for opposite side.





16. Install the grab handle trim pieces (1, 2). Repeat for opposite side.
17. Remove the prop holding the headliner in place.
18. Connect the negative battery cable.
