Air Cleaner Body - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Lubricate the rubber mount socket (5) on the air cleaner body (6) with Mopar(R) Rubber Bushing Installation Lube.
2. Install the coolant line (8) to the air cleaner housing and close the hose retainer (7).
3. Push the air cleaner body (6) down onto the locating pin (5) on the intake manifold until the rubber mount socket is fully seated.
4. Engage the air inlet hose (2) and install the air cleaner body (6) to the throttle body. Tighten the clamp (1) to 4 Nm (35 in. lbs.).
5. Install two bolts (4) and tighten to 5 Nm (45 in. lbs.).
6. Install the fresh air make-up hose (3) to the air cleaner housing.





7. Install the engine cover (1).
