REMOVAL





1. Lift the vehicle and remove the belly pan Belly Pan - Removal.
2. Drain the coolant into a clean container Service and Repair.
3. Drain the transmission fluid into a clean container Procedures

NOTE: The hose clamps are not reusable and must be replaced.

4. Remove the hose clamps (4) from the cooler and discard.
5. Remove the hoses from the cooler (1).

NOTE: When separating the oil cooler from the trans. Some oil will begin to leak from the transmission. Let the oil drain into a clean container.

6. Remove the transmission oil cooler mounting bolt (3).
7. Remove the transmission oil cooler (2) from the vehicle.





8. Remove and discard the O-rings (1) and (2).
