Special Tools:











NOTE: Lubricate the new O-rings with transmission fluid prior to installing

1. Position the transmission oil cooler (2) onto transmission.
2. Install the new O-rings to the oil cooler.





3. Verify that the conical washer is oriented correctly (1) .





4. Install the mounting bolt (3). Tighten the bolt to 36 Nm (27 ft. lbs.).
5. Position the new hose clamps (4) onto the cooler hoses (1).
6. Install the hoses (1) to the oil cooler (2).
7. Tighten the hose clamps using (10288).
8. Install the belly pan Belly Pan - Installation.
9. Lower the vehicle.
10. Fill the cooling system Service and Repair.
11. Check transmission fluid level Procedures.
