DTC B1202: HVAC or Climate Control Unit Internal Error

NOTE:
- Check the battery condition and the charging system.
- If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN system diagnosis test mode A.

1. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
2. Operate the heater-A/C control system in several modes.
3. Check for DTCs using the HDS.

Is DTC B1202 indicated?

YES - The HVAC or climate control unit is faulty, replace the control unit.

NO - Intermittent failure, the HVAC or climate control unit is OK at this time.
