Ignition Switch Test

SRS components are located in the area. Review the SRS component locations, Locations and precautions and procedures Technician Safety Information before performing repairs or servicing.

1. Do the battery terminal disconnection procedure. Procedures

2. Remove the left front door sill trim and left kick panel. Service and Repair

3. Disconnect the 6P connector (A) from the under-dash fuse/relay box.






4. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.

5. If the continuity checks do not agree with the table, replace the ignition switch. Service and Repair

6. Do the battery terminal reconnection procedure. Procedures
