EVAP Canister Removal and Installation

Removal

1. Vehicle Lift

1. Raise the vehicle on a lift, and make sure it is securely supported.

2. Left Middle Floor Undercover





1. Remove the bolts (A) and clips (B, C), then remove the left middle floor undercover (D).

3. EVAP Canister-USA and Canada models





1. Disconnect the quick-connect fitting (A), the hoses (B), and the connectors (C).





2. Remove the EVAP canister (D).

4. EVAP Canister-Mexico model





1. Disconnect the hoses (A), then remove the EVAP canister (B).

Installation

1. EVAP Canister-USA and Canada models





1. Install the EVAP canister (A).





2. Connect the quick-connect fitting (A), the hoses (B), and the connectors (C) securely.

2. EVAP Canister-Mexico model





1. Install the EVAP canister (A).

3. Left Middle Floor Undercover





1. Install the left middle floor undercover (A), then install the bolts (B) and the clips (C, D). Make sure the clips snap into place securely.
