Front Grille Replacement

Grille Replacement
NOTE:
- Take care not to scratch the front bumper.
- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.
1. Remove the front bumper Service and Repair.
2. Remove the clips, then remove the front grille (A).
3. Install the grille in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips into place securely.
Molding Replacement
NOTE:
- Take care not to scratch the grille.
- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.
1. Remove the front grille.
2. Remove the screws, and pull out the front grille upper bars (A) and front grille center bars (B), then release the hooks (C).
3. Remove the screws, and release the hooks (D), then remove the front grille lower bar (E).
4. Remove the screws, and release the hooks (A, B), then remove the front grille trim (C).
5. Remove the front grille seal (A) from the front grille base (B).
6. Install the molding in the reverse order of removal, then push the hooks into place securely.
