DTC 27-24

DTC 27-24: Steering Angle Sensor Counter Malfunction
1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
2. Turn the steering wheel at 1 turn. Check the STEERING ANGLE in the DATA LIST with the HDS.
Is there about 288 - 432°?
YES - Intermittent failure, system is OK at this time. Check for poor connections or loose terminals between the steering angle sensor and the VSA modulator-control unit. Refer to intermittent failure.
NO - Replace the steering angle sensor.
