Fuel Return Line: Testing and Inspection

Fuel Line Inspection

Check the fuel system lines, the hoses, the fuel filter, and other components for damage, leaks, and deterioration, and replace them if needed.

NOTE: When installing a new O-ring, apply silicone oil or poly alkylene glycol (PAG) oil to the O-ring, and carefully install it into its proper position.






NOTE: Check all hose clamps, and make sure they are properly positioned and tightened.

*1: Apply silicone grease (PARKER CHRISTO-LUBE) to a new O-ring at the fuel filter housing and the drain plug, and carefully install it into its proper position.

*2: Apply silicone oil or silicone grease (Shinetsu silicone GR 10M) to a new rubber seal, and carefully install it into its proper position.
