Windshield Washer Reservoir: Service and Repair

Washer Reservoir Replacement

1. Remove the front bumper center upper beam Front Bumper Center Upper Beam Replacement.

2. Remove the front bumper Front Bumper Removal / Installation.

3. Remove the headlight Headlight Replacement.

4. Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the washer motor (B).





NOTE: The illustration shows USA models.





5. Disconnect the washer tubes (C) from the washer motor.

NOTE: Fluid may flow out of the opening.

6. Canada models:

Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the washer fluid level switch (B), and remove the washer fluid level switch.





7. Remove the three bolts (C) and the clip (D), then remove the washer reservoir (E).

8. USA models:

Remove the two bolts (A) and clip (B), then remove the washer reservoir (C).






9. Install the washer reservoir in the reverse order of removal. Check the washer motor operation.
