DTC B2998 : A Problem in the A/C Compressor Driver

1. Problem verification:

Problem verification
-1. Clear the DTC with the HDS.

-2. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0) and then back to ON (II).

-3. Do the Self-Diagnostic Function with the HDS Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview.

-4. Check for DTCs.

Is DTC B2998 indicated?
-YES- Replace the A/C compressor driver Service and Repair.
-NO- Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
