Oil Pump: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Remove
timing belt.

Remove
oil pan bolts,

4.
Remove
oil pan and oil screen.
5.
Remove front case assembly.
6.
Remove
oil pump cover.
7.
Remove inner and outer gears from front case.
8.
Remove plug, relief spring and relief plunger.
9.
Reverse procedure to install, noting to tighten to specifications.
