R19: Check Harness Core to Core Insulation

Ignition switch to position 0
Disconnect EM013 and EM014

Inside ECM housing

Measure the insulation resistance between EM014/005 and EM014/011
Repeat for EM014/005 and EM014/012
Repeat for EM014/006 and EM014/011
Repeat for EM014/006 and EM014/012

- Resistances 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to R20 R20: End
No
Inspect connectors EM014, EM013 and EM049 for bent/pushed back pins or locate harness. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
