Removal

NOTE:
The door glass should be lowered by approximately one third.




1 Carefully remove the outer waist seal.
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Release each end of the seal from the door frame.




2 Remove the front door window glass.
- Using the special tool, release the 2 clips and lift the glass clear of the regulator.
- Rotate the glass forwards and lift the glass from the door.

NOTE:
Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
NOTE:
Note the fitted position.
Remove the 2 door glass retaining clips.
- Remove the 2 Torx screws.
- Remove the 2 spacing washers.
- Remove the 2 flat washers.
- Note their fitted positions.

Installation
1 Install the 2 door glass retaining clips.
- Install the spacing washers.
- Install the 2 flat washers.
- Tighten the Torx screws to 8 Nm (6 lb.ft).
2 Install the front door window glass.
- Engage with each channel and secure in the clips.
3 Install the outer waist seal.
- Install the screws.
