2UZ-FE LUBRICATION: ENGINE OIL COOLER:

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY REAR
2. DRAIN ENGINE OIL Removal

3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

4. REMOVE OIL FILTER ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the 2 oil cooler hoses from oil cooler.
(b) Remove the union bolt, plate washer and the oil cooler.
(c) Remove the O-ring from the oil cooler.
