PROPELLER SHAFT: FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE TRANSMISSION UNDER COVER
2. REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY





(a) Place matchmarks on the propeller shaft flange and differential.
(b) Remove the 4 nuts, 4 bolts, 4 washers and front propeller shaft assembly.





(c) Place matchmarks on the propeller shaft flange and transfer flange.
(d) Remove the 4 nuts, 4 washers and front propeller shaft assembly.
4. INSPECT FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY Front Propeller Shaft Assembly
5. INSPECT FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT UNIVERSAL JOINT SPIDER BEARING Front Propeller Shaft Assembly
