Pre-Collision System

PRE-COLLISION: PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM: DTC CHECK / CLEAR

1. CHECK FOR DTC

(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(b) Turn the engine switch on (IG).

(c) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / (desired system) / Trouble Code.

(d) Check for DTCs.

HINT
As the driving support ECU and seat belt control ECU output DTCs for the pre-collision system, be sure to check the DTCs for Pre-Collision and Pre-Collision 2.

2. CLEAR DTC

(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(b) Turn the engine switch on (IG).

(c) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / (desired system) / Trouble Code.

(d) Clear the DTCs.

HINT
As the driving support ECU and seat belt control ECU output DTCs for the pre-collision system, be sure to check the DTCs Pre-Collision and Pre-Collision 2.
