Heater Control Valve: Adjustments

Adjustment of Control Cable

1. Remove control cable from heater valve.
(a) Disconnect the clip and remove the control cable from the water valve.

2. Set air mix damper to Max Cool.
(a) Turn the ignition switch ON.
(b) Set the blower switch ON.
(c) Set the Temp switch to Max Cool.

3. Install control cable on water valve.
(a) Set the water valve lever on Max Cool, install the control cable and lock the clamp.
