Carpet: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT
2. REMOVE REAR SEAT
3. REMOVE FRONT AND REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE
4. REMOVE CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH




5. REMOVE THESE PARTS:
a. End pad
b. No.1 undercover
c. No.1 safety pad




6. REMOVE No.2 UNDER COVER
Using a screwdriver, remove the pad.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

7. REMOVE THESE PARTS;
a. Glove Compartment Panel Assembly
b. Front ash receptacle
c. Cluster finish panel
d. Lower Rear console box
e. Rear console armrest




8. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX
a. Remove the 2 screws.
b. Remove the 2 bolts.
c. Remove the console box.




9. REMOVE AIR DUCT
a. Remove the 2 covers.
b. Remove the 2 screws.
c. Remove the air duct.

10. REMOVE FLOOR CARPET
a. Remove the clips.
b. Remove the floor carpet.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal
