DESCRIPTION

This is the power source circuit to operate the rear power seat module switch.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT FUSE (RR MPX-B 2)
(a) Disconnect the RR MPX-B 2 fuse from the luggage room junction block.
(b) Measure the resistance of the fuse.
Standard resistance:






NG -- REPLACE FUSE
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR POWER SEAT MODULE SWITCH - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)





(a) Disconnect the S15 or r2 switch connector.
(b) Measure the resistance of according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:
w/ Ottoman





w/o Ottoman





(c) Measure the voltage of according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage:
w/ Ottoman





w/o Ottoman





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
