EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
(a) Connect the 2 fog light connectors.
(b) w/ clearance sonar system:
(1) Connect the ultrasonic sensor connector.
(c) w/ headlight cleaner system:
(1) Connect the headlight cleaner hose to the windshield washer jar and pump assembly.





(d) Engage the 10 claws and install the front bumper assembly.





(e) Install the 2 clips and screw.





(f) Install the 8 screws.





(g) Install the screw.
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.





(h) Position the groove on the pin hold clip vertically and insert the 2 clips to install it.
NOTE:
Make sure that the groove on the pin hold clip is positioned vertically.
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR





(a) Install the 2 radiator grille protectors.
3. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL





(a) Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 11 clips.

7. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments
