Satellite Radio Tuner Power Source Circuit

DESCRIPTION

This is the power source circuit to operate the satellite radio tuner.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT FUSE (RR-ACC, RR MPX-B 1)
(a) Remove the RR-ACC and RR MPX-B 1 fuses from the luggage room junction block.
(b) Measure the resistance of the fuses.
Standard resistance:






NG -- REPLACE FUSE
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SATELLITE RADIO TUNER - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)




(a) Disconnect the R27 tuner connector.
(b) Measure the resistance of according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:





(c) Measure the voltage of according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage:






NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
