1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP

2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE
Standard voltage:
11 to 14 V
If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.
NEXT -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK MULTIPLEX COMMUNICATION SYSTEM*
(a) Using the Techstream, check if the multiplex communication system (MPX) is functioning normally Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

4. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM*
(a) Using the Techstream, check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

5. CHECK FOR DTC*
(a) Check for DTC.
(b) Clear the DTC.
(c) Recheck for DTCs.
(1) Simulate the malfunction and check if the DTCs are output again Pre-Collision System.

C -- GO TO SYMPTOM SIMULATION

6. PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
