Removal





NAVIGATION: DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Removal

2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
* w/ Navigation System (for HDD):
* After the engine switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, be sure to wait for the time specified in the following table before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

Waiting Time before Disconnecting Cable from Negative (-) Battery Terminal:





* When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Testing and Inspection.
3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Removal

4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Removal

5. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

6. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL Removal

7. REMOVE UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET Removal

10. REMOVE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY WITH BRACKET





(a) Remove the 2 bolts.

(b) Pull the display and navigation module display with bracket to detach the 6 clips on the backside of the display and navigation module display with bracket.

(c) Disconnect the connectors and remove the display and navigation module display with bracket.





11. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET





(a) Remove the 2 bolts and bracket.

12. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET





(a) Remove the 2 bolts and bracket.
