Installation





2AZ-FXE INTAKE / EXHAUST: INTAKE MANIFOLD: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD

(a) Install the No. 1 intake manifold insulator.

(b) Install a new No. 1 intake manifold to head gasket.

(c) Install the intake manifold with the 5 bolts and 2 nuts.

Torque : 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)

(d) Install the gas filter bracket with the bolt and connect the 2 air hoses.

Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

(e) Install the No. 2 ventilation hose.

2. INSTALL REAR ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET Installation

3. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR Installation

4. INSTALL FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly Installation.

6. INSTALL THROTTLE BODY

(a) Install the throttle body Installation.

7. INSPECT FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAK
