EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

(a) w/ headlight cleaner system:

(1) Connect the headlight cleaner hose.

(b) Connect each connector.

(c) Engage the 10 claws and install the front bumper assembly.





(d) Install the 2 clips and screw.





(e) Install the 8 screws.





(f) Install the screw.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(g) Install the 2 pin hold clips.





NOTICE:
Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is vertical.

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

(a) Install the 2 radiator grille protectors.





3. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

(a) Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 11 clips.





4. ADD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Installation

7. INSPECT FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments

8. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments
