4GR-FSE FUEL: COLD START INJECTOR: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION (w/ Navigation System for HDD)

NOTICE:
After the engine switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

4. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE COLD START FUEL INJECTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the cold start injector connector.

(b) Remove the bolt and 2 gaskets, and disconnect the fuel tube from the cold start injector.





NOTICE:
Do not fold or bend the hose.

(c) Remove the 2 bolts, gasket and cold start fuel injector assembly from the surge tank.
