Installation





2UR-GSE STARTING: STARTER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the flywheel housing side cover.





(b) Install the terminal lower cover with the nut.





Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(c) Install the starter assembly with the 2 bolts.





Torque : 37 Nm (377 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)





NOTICE:
Make sure that the flywheel housing cover is as shown in the illustration.

(d) Install the wire harness with the nut.





Torque : 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf)

(e) Connect the starter connector.

(f) Install the terminal upper cover with the 11 claws.





2. INSTALL NO. 3 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

(a) Install the No. 3 exhaust manifold heat insulator with the 3 bolts.





Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

4. INSTALL NO. 1 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR Installation

5. INSTALL OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
