Pinpoint Test O: The Air Compressor Is Inoperative
Normal Operation
The vehicle dynamic module (VDM) will command the air compressor ON or OFF when certain conditions are met. The VDM supplies voltage to the air suspension compressor relay through circuit 420 (DB/YE) which engages the relay and supplies fused battery voltage along circuit 1053 (LB/PK), through the air compressor relay and then to the air compressor along circuit 538 (GY/RD). The air compressor is supplied a ground through circuit 577 (LG/RD) and the air compressor relay is supplied a ground through circuit 57 (BK).

CAUTION: The Flex Probe Kit must be used for all test connections. Use of standard multimeter probes may damage wiring terminals.

NOTE: This test is for the harness side of the relay circuitry.
