XB115 - Check PCM For Short to Ground

- Key "OFF".

- Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Inspect for damaged or pushed out pins, corrosion, loose wires, etc. Service as necessary.

- Key "ON".

- Does the fuel pump run?

Yes -- Key "OFF". Go to XB116. XB116 - Check Fuel Pump (FP) Circuit For Short to Ground

No -- Key "OFF". Replace PCM. Reconnect all components. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
