PINPOINT TEST B: DTC B1483-BRAKE PEDAL INPUT CIRCUIT FAILURE

CAUTION: Use the Flex Probe Kit for all test connections to prevent damage to the wiring terminals. Do not use standard multimeter Probes.

Normal Operation
The operating voltage required to supply the pedal travel switch (PTS) switch is 5 volts through circuit 7-CF65 (YE/VT).
The PTS signal is sent through circuit 8-CF65 (WH/VT) to the ABS module.
Ground is provided through circuit 9-CF65 (BN/WH).

Possible Causes
^ Power circuit 7-CF65 (YE/VT).
^ Ground circuit 9-CF65 (BN/WH).
^ Signal circuit 8-CF65 (WH/VT).
