PINPOINT TEST S: DTC C2777 AND DTC C2778-SENSOR CLUSTER BUS FAILURE

NOTE: Check all pins of the sensor cluster and ABS module when removing connectors. Care should be taken when reinstalling these connectors.

Normal Operation
The yaw rate sensor and accelerometer are part of the sensor cluster which sends various signals about the vehicle's dynamics through a two-wire bus CAN HI 8-CF66 (WH/BU) and CAN LOW 9-CF66 (BN/BU). The CAN bus receives a twelve-volt input through circuit 7-CF67 (YE/RD) in series with the steering wheel rotation sensor circuitry. Ground is provided through circuit 9-CF67 (BN/RD).

Possible Causes
^ Power circuit 7-CF67 (YE/RD).
^ Ground circuit 9-CF67 (BN/RD).
^ Steering wheel rotation sensor.
^ CAN HI 8-CF66 (WH/BU).
^ CAN LOW 9-CF66 (BN/BU).
^ Sensor cluster.
^ ABS module.
