Motor Electronics Cooler Removal/Installation

MOTOR ELECTRONICS COOLER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - HYBRID










1. Drain the motor electronics cooling system (MECS). See - Motor Electronics Cooling System Draining And Filling.

2. Remove the front bumper cover. See Service and Repair.






3. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the inlet hose.






4. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the outlet hose.






5. Remove the motor electronics (M/E) cooler bolts.

- To install, tighten to 6 Nm {0.6 kgf-m, 53 in-lbf}.


NOTE: RH shown, LH similar.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
